Our mission is to bring high-quality, community-centered holistic education to Maine & New England and beyond — blending evidence-informed knowledge, hands-on skills, and compassionate mentorship to empower individuals, families, and future practitioners.
The Holistic Elements Collective is a 12-seat, cohort-based program designed to guide participants through a transformative journey in holistic wellness. The curriculum unfolds in four dynamic phases:
Foundations of Holistic Wellness – Discover the core principles of holistic health, learn evidence-informed approaches, and develop a strong personal and professional wellness foundation.
Women & Family Care – Dive into family-centered wellness, including reproductive, prenatal, and postpartum care, with tools to support women and families in real-life settings.
Midwifery & Pregnancy Care – Gain specialized knowledge in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support, learning practical skills to assist families safely and confidently.
Holistic Health Apprenticeship – Apply everything you’ve learned in immersive, real-world practice under the guidance of experienced professionals, building the confidence and competence to step into holistic care professionally.

Phase One serves as the cornerstone of the Holistic Elements Collective, inviting participants to connect deeply with the stabilizing energy of Earth. This phase lays the ethical, philosophical, and relational foundation for holistic and traditional care, providing the guiding principles that will support every stage of the life cycle — from wellness and pregnancy to postpartum, infancy, and life transitions.
Structured to combine evidence-informed knowledge with traditional wisdom, Phase One is reflective, immersive, and intentional. Participants are introduced to the full spectrum of holistic care, gaining perspective on the interplay of mind, body, spirit, and community. This phase establishes the grounding necessary to approach complex life transitions with clarity, compassion, and professional presence.
Dimensions of Phase One:
Spiritual – Deepening understanding of the principles that guide holistic and traditional care, fostering connection to purpose, meaning, and ethical intention.
Emotional – Cultivating awareness of the emotional landscapes present in caregiving, including birth, postpartum, infancy, and life transitions, with a focus on compassionate presence and resilience.
Physical – Exploring the body as a vessel of wellness, grounding care in observation, respect, and an understanding of holistic health principles.

This phase emphasizes holistic care across the life cycle, from menstrual and reproductive health to pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood, highlighting the continuity and rhythm of support that families need.
Designed to combine evidence-informed approaches with traditional wisdom, Phase Two encourages participants to observe, reflect, and understand the complex dynamics of family and relational care. The phase nurtures awareness of emotional, social, and cultural factors, preparing participants to engage meaningfully with families in a compassionate, informed, and professional manner.

Building on the grounding of Earth and the relational flow of Water, this phase focuses on holistic midwifery principles, traditional birth practices, and evidence-informed approaches that honor the physiological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of pregnancy and childbirth.
Participants explore the sacred, intense, and life-changing nature of birth, learning to witness and support families with presence, respect, and professionalism. The phase emphasizes understanding the rhythms of labor, postpartum recovery, and newborn care, while fostering confidence in guiding families through these profound life transitions.

Participants refine their understanding of holistic and traditional care while mentoring under experienced practitioners, observing and supporting families across the life cycle. This phase emphasizes hands-on learning, professional discernment, ethical decision-making, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit into everyday care.

The Holistic Elements Collective is more than a program — it’s a transformative two-year journey that combines holistic wellness, traditional principles, and family-centered care. Graduates leave with the Women’s & Family Holistic Health Practitioner Certification, practical experience, and the confidence, ethical grounding, and presence needed to provide holistic, relational, and traditional care. Each phase builds intentionally on the last, ensuring participants complete the program with a comprehensive understanding of mind, body, spirit, and relational dimensions of care.
This is a community-based training and mentorship program rooted in traditional and holistic care. It is not an accredited academic or medical certification, but rather a professional development pathway designed for those called to community-based, relational, and traditional forms of support.
