I step in when your practice needs support—so you can stay focused on your families.
I offer flexible, hands-on support for midwifery and holistic practices navigating growth, transition, or simply needing extra support—without the cost or long-term commitment of hiring a full-time team member. My work is grounded in collaboration, adaptability, and a deep respect for the unique rhythm, philosophy, and community of each practice I step into.
I come in where I’m needed most, offering a blend of clinical, non-clinical, and operational support. This can include birth assistance, prenatal and postpartum care, lactation guidance, newborn support, and women’s and family wellness—alongside the day-to-day needs of running a practice, such as scheduling, documentation, organization, and workflow support. I integrate easily into existing systems and tailor my role to truly support you and your team.
My placements are short-term and flexible—typically 1– 6 months and are designed to bring steadiness, relief, and continuity during busy or transitional seasons. While I’m with your practice, I also offer complimentary classes and workshops for your families and community, creating opportunities for deeper connection, education, and support.
More than anything, I aim to be someone you can rely on—someone who steps in with care, presence, and respect for the work you’re already doing. My goal is to support your team, help ease the load, and allow you to stay focused on what matters most: the families you serve.
If this feels aligned with what your practice needs, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.

Supporting families beyond the practice—through accessible care, education, and connection.
Through this work, care doesn’t stop within the practice. When I step in to support your team, I also extend that support into the community—offering free, accessible education and wellness opportunities for the families you serve.
These offerings may include classes, workshops, and wellness clinics focused on women’s and children’s holistic health, birth preparation, prenatal and postpartum care, newborn support, community connection, and gentle movement or yoga. Each one is designed to be practical, approachable, and rooted in real-life support that families can carry with them.
More than anything, these spaces are created to feel welcoming and connected—where families can learn, ask questions, and feel supported in a way that is often hard to access. It’s a way to not only care for individuals, but to strengthen the relationships and community around them.
For the practices I work with, this becomes an added layer of support—something that nurtures both your clients and your wider community, while reinforcing the care you already provide.
Whether you’re navigating a busy season, a transition, or simply need extra hands and steady support, I’m here to step in with care, flexibility, and intention.
If this feels aligned, I’d love to connect and explore how I can support your practice and community.
